Camp Rabbi

rabbizvischindel-scaled.jpgRabbi Zvi Schindel, a native of Teaneck, N.J. and alumnus of The Frisch School, has been involved in many formal and informal educational pursuits. Before moving to Los Angeles  with his wife, Yehudit, and two children [Akiva-3;Ayelet-1], to teach at Maimonides Academy in West Hollywood,  Zvi served as Rabbinic Assistant to Rabbi Hain at Congregation Beth Shalom in Lawrence, NY and was a Judaic and Secular Studies teacher at HAFTR High School. In college and graduate school at Yeshiva University Rabbi Schindel studied English Literature and Jewish Philosophy and has participated in educational programs around the globe, teaching and lecturing in Germany, Argentina, Nicaragua, and Australia, along with many cities domestically. He and his wife love traveling and enjoying new experiences. They chose Camp Seneca Lake as a destination for its commitment to the principles of Torah U'Madda and its love of Eretz Yisroel, a place they hope to call home in the near future.
